The Custom Quotes is a feature allows users to directly submit a specific quotation request to the Yusen Logistics team.

This feature will activate when the search criteria exceeds the available options, such as when there are no rates currently available or the searched lanes are not covered. It encourages users to submit a quotation request tailored to their specific needs.

However, it is advised that users begin their search for rates on our platform as a first step. In the event that no results are found, the system will promptly redirect them to the page of "Request a custom quote". Users are unable to direct access to the custom quote form.

Upon submission of the form, our team at Yusen Logistics will contact the user through their registered email address. Furthermore, users may view their submitted records and current status by selecting the Custom Quotes option from the menu on the left.
