How to cancel my shipment?

Find out our cancellation policy if you need to cancel yours.

If you need to cancel your shipment, contact your operator by using your main point of contact via email. Please make sure to include your shipment number and your reason for cancellation.

If you cancel before any charges are incurred (ie, truck dispatch for pickup), Yusen Logistics will not charge anything other than cancellation fee.

If you cancel after any charges are incurred (ie, Yusen Logistics has picked up your shipment), then you will be charged for costs incurred by the provider.

Need to change description. Should be ‘Yusen won’t charge anything without cancelation fee’, for instance.

Refund policy for shipment cancellations

Yusen Logistics shall be entitled to cancel a shipment and you may be charged for any documented or commercially reasonable costs if:

  • There is material discrepancy between the details entered by you and the actual description of the Goods or Pick-Up times.

  • You fail to meet any of Yusen Logistics' internal legal compliance requirements, as documented by our agreement and these Terms & Conditions.

  • You request to cancel the shipment after Yusen Logistics has already received the actual cargo (subject to a cancellation fee).
